Level B1 in Latvian is an intermediate level of language proficiency. This level is designed for students with strong knowledge of Latvian, who have already mastered basic communication skills and want to develop them. The course aims to significantly expand vocabulary and deepen grammatical knowledge, allowing students to communicate more confidently and fluently in a variety of everyday and professional situations.

About the course

Upon completion of the B1 level Latvian course, you will be able to:

  • Understand the main ideas of complex texts.
  • Compose medium-length texts.
  • Use complex grammatical structures.
  • Participate in discussions and debates.
  • Recognize and use idiomatic expressions.
