For unemployed and job seekers who meet the NVA conditions, we offer the NVA coupon for 389.63 euros and apply for a language or computer course of your choice at the POLYGLOT training centre. This means that the training is free for the unemployed and job seekers.

Within 10 days of receiving the coupon, contact the POLYGLOT school, where we will register your coupon and inform you of the start date of your training.

The State Employment Agency provides a stipend of €5.00 per day to students studying under the NVA programme for each day of study.

Upon completion of the training, you will receive a certificate of completion of the non-formal education program.

In order to participate in non-formal education programs for studying Latvian and English at any level, persons registered with the NVA service must pass a language proficiency assessment test.
