English language Pre-Intermediate

The Pre-Intermediate level is a level of English proficiency that follows the Elementary level (A2) and before the Intermediate level (B1) according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). This level is suitable for students who already have basic English skills at the A2 level and are ready to continue their studies by improving their vocabulary, grammar and communication skills.

Vocabulary expansion: The study material will include new words and expressions on a variety of topics such as family, work, travel, hobbies and leisure time.

Grammar: Delving into the study of grammatical structures, such as verb tenses (Past Continuous, Present Perfect), conditional sentences (Zero, First and Second Conditionals), direct and indirect speech, comparative and superlative degrees of adjectives and adverbs.

Ability to read and understand texts: Reading and comprehending texts of varying complexity on a variety of topics, the ability to highlight basic information, understand the main ideas and details.

Ability to speak and communicate: Continuation of the development of oral speech through discussion of various topics and situations, expression of opinions, description of events and experiences, the ability to ask questions and hold dialogues.

Ability to write: Skills in writing more complex texts on a variety of topics, such as essays, reports, descriptions of events and experiences, letters, and emails.

The classes take place twice a week for 2 teaching hours (90 minutes) according to a pre-arranged schedule.

The payment terms of the English course provide for the option of splitting payments by month. However, it is also possible to pay for the entire course at once. This allows students to choose the most convenient payment option depending on their preferences and financial capabilities.
